Article 1 – Definition

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

Withdrawal period: the period during which the consumer can exercise their right of withdrawal.

Consumer: the natural person who does not act in the exercise of a profession or business and enters into a distance contract with the entrepreneur.

Day: calendar day.

Continuous transaction: a distance contract concerning a series of products and/or services, the supply and/or purchase obligation of which is spread over time.

Right of withdrawal: the option for the consumer to withdraw from the distance contract within the withdrawal period.

Distance contract: a contract in which, within a system organized for distance selling, exclusively one or more techniques for distance communication are used.

Technology for distance communication: any means used to conclude a contract without parties being physically present at the same time.

Article 3 – Applicability

These General Terms and Conditions apply to any offer from Magnolia & Daughters and to any distance contract and orders concluded between the entrepreneur and the consumer.

Before the distance contract is concluded, the text of these Terms will be made available to the consumer.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and all related policies, including shipping, delivery, returns, and refunds.

If one or more provisions are invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force.

Article 4 – The Offer

Offers with limited duration or special conditions will be clearly stated.

The offer is non-binding. Magnolia & Daughters reserves the right to modify or adjust the offer.

The offer includes a clear description of the products. Images are representative, but slight variations in color or detail may occur.

The offer will include clear information regarding:

Article 5 – The Contract

The contract is concluded when the consumer accepts the offer and completes payment.

Magnolia & Daughters reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of:

Article 6 – Order Cancellation

Orders may only be cancelled within 24 hours after placement.

After this period, orders are automatically processed and cannot be cancelled.

Article 7 – Right of Withdrawal

Consumers may return eligible products within 30 days after delivery without giving a reason.

Conditions:

• Items must be unused and in original packaging
  
• Returns must be approved via email prior to shipment
  

Items discounted by 40% or more are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for return or refund.

Article 8 – Costs in Case of Withdrawal

If the consumer exercises the right of withdrawal:

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the consumer
  
• Returns must be sent to our designated fulfillment facility
  

Refunds will be issued within 14 days after receiving the returned product or proof of shipment.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Article 9 – Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal is excluded for:

• Hygiene-sensitive items (e.g., earrings, lingerie)
  
• Final Sale items (40%+ discount)
  
• Used or damaged items

Article 10 – The Price

Prices stated in the offer will not increase after purchase unless required by law.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time.

Article 11 – Compliance and Warranty

Magnolia & Daughters guarantees that products meet reasonable expectations of quality and usability.

However:

• Minor variations in size, fit, or color may occur
  
• These do not qualify as defects

Article 12 – Delivery and Execution

Orders are processed with care and shipped as quickly as possible.

Estimated delivery time: 5–10 business days

• Delays due to logistics, customs, or demand may occur

Delays within a reasonable timeframe do not qualify as non-delivery or grounds for refunds or chargebacks.

Tracking information is provided for all orders.

Article 13 – Payment Methods

Unless otherwise agreed, payments must be completed at the time of purchase.

All transactions are processed via secure and trusted payment providers.

We reserve the right to:

Article 16 – Shipping and Return Locations

Magnolia & Daughters works with international logistics partners to ensure efficient fulfillment.

Orders are shipped directly from our overseas fulfillment centers, including facilities in China.

This allows us to:

• Maintain competitive pricing
  
• Ensure consistent product availability

By placing an order, the consumer acknowledges and accepts that:

• Products are shipped internationally
  
• Delivery may involve customs handling
  
• Return shipments must be sent back to the designated fulfillment facility
  

Return instructions and the correct return address will be provided after approval.

Article 17 – Customs Duties and Taxes

Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.
These costs:
