At Magnolia & Daughters, we strive to provide every customer with a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which returns and refunds are accepted.
By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
Return Conditions
Returns can only be initiated after the product has been successfully delivered.
To be eligible for a return:
- A return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, unworn (trying on allowed), unwashed, and in original condition
- All original tags must be attached
The following are not allowed:
- Wearing items beyond fitting
- Returning used or damaged items
- Ordering multiple sizes with the intention of returning part of the order
Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Email your request to: info@magnoliaanddaughters.com within 30 days of delivery
- Once approved, you will receive return instructions and the return address
- Ship the item back within the specified timeframe
Important:
- Returns must be approved before shipping
- Returns without prior approval will not be accepted
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Returns without valid tracking confirmation of delivery cannot be processed.
Return Shipping Costs
All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
This includes:
- International shipping fees
- Customs duties
- Taxes
- Carrier charges
Returns must be sent to our international fulfillment partner (Asia, including China).
By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept:
- That returns are shipped internationally
- That all associated costs are your responsibility
- That these costs are non-refundable
Restocking Fee
A $20 restocking fee per returned item will be deducted from your refund.
This fee covers:
- Inspection
- Handling
- Reprocessing into inventory
By placing an order, you agree to this restocking fee.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected:
- Refunds will be processed within 14 days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
Any applicable fees (such as restocking fees) will be deducted from the total refund amount.
Final Sale Items
Items discounted by 40% or more are considered Final Sale.
These items:
- Cannot be returned
- Are not eligible for refunds or exchanges
- Are not eligible for disputes
This will always be clearly indicated on the product or offer.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include clear photos of the issue
We will:
- Offer a replacement or refund
- Resolve the issue as quickly as possible
Return Timeframe
- Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery
- Items must be shipped within the timeframe provided after approval
Returns outside this timeframe:
- Will not be accepted
- Will not be eligible for refunds
Order Issues & Address Errors
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
- Address changes or corrections must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order
- Orders already processed cannot be modified
We are not responsible for:
- Incorrect addresses provided by the customer
- Packages marked as delivered by the carrier
Lost or Refused Packages
If a package is:
- Refused by the customer
- Not claimed
- Returned due to incorrect address
Any associated costs (including return shipping or disposal) are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds in such cases are not guaranteed.
Liability
Magnolia & Daughters is not responsible for:
- Lost return shipments without tracking
- Delays caused by carriers or customs
- Packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier
